What does your chest have to do with your shoulders?
Everything! (It’s all connected.)
Your pec muscles (short for pectoralis) attach to the front of your shoulders. When those muscles get tight, they pull your shoulders forward, making them look—and feel—rounded.
In today's video, you’ll learn one of my favorite exercises for stretching the chest.
