The exercise in today’s video is one of those sneakily good moves you don’t realize you need—until you feel the difference afterward.
It’s called the Half Frog, and it’s incredible for your hips, inner thighs, and pelvic floor.
Whether you sit a lot, feel stiff, or simply want to support your body with more balanced strength and flexibility, this is a great move to incorporate into your routine.
I’m excited for you to give it a try!
Once you do, I’d love to hear how it felt—just reply to this email or leave a comment below.
Moving more every day,

Glad this was helpful, Cilla. Thanks for letting me know!
I can’t get down on the floor d/t being crippled .Would doing this exercise on the bed benefit me?
Thanks for your question, Etian! I think it would be ok to try in the bed, but would check with your physician first.
