When it comes to good posture and ideal alignment, the most crucial and often overlooked key is the alignment of your pelvis.
Why?
Because the position of your pelvis determines the position of your spine.
And your sitting bones (located on the bottom of your pelvis) are fantastic guides for helping you find and feel the alignment of your pelvis.
The exercise you’ll learn in today’s video will help you get a better sense of where your sitting bones are and how it feels to sit on them in a way that supports your spine and posture.
Once you give it a try, I’d love to hear how it felt—just reply to this email or leave a comment below.
