Hi. I have a client who is unable to kneel. Any way to do this exercise?
For sure! This exercise can be done with the balls (or can) on a chair or wide stool seat. You might have to explore different chair/stool heights to find what works best for the client, and you might not need the addition of the yoga block. Thanks for your great question, Lisa!
