A Push-Up Mini Makeover to Tone Your Triceps

I’m sharing an overlooked alignment point when doing a push-up that’s a major piece of the “exercised, yet under-toned” puzzle.

This adjustment will help get you out of your neck and shoulders and seriously boost your arm-toning (and strengthening) game!
