    This video is genius! I have a hard time activating my left gluteus medius. Maybe my pelvis alignment is not in neutral? I’m not sure.

    But reaching my left leg beyond my bottom right leg really helped me to keep my waist and hips level. I can feel my left gluteus medius working! Thank you so much for all your great tips!
